Twenty years ago we hung a sign at the end of the drive and hoped somebody would come sit with us. This dinner is for everyone who did.
The evening begins at 3:30pm with a glass of wine and a walk in the vines, so you can see where the fruit comes from before you taste it. From there we sit down to five courses, each paired with an estate wine.
Chef Barry Sexton of Opinionated Palate Catering has built the menu around the harvest: butternut squash risotto, coulibiac of salmon in lobster mousse, fire roasted filet mignon, and a pumpkin empanada to close. Sommelier Harry Jones pours the pairings, and Winemaker Rich Fraser walks the table to talk through each wine, including the 2024 Cabernet Franc.
Seating is limited and the dinner is one seating only. Reserve early.
Includes Five courses with wine pairings, welcome glass, and the vineyard walk.
